How it works
We check the fabric, the stains and the smell, and tell you honestly what will lift before we start.
A filtered vacuum pass pulls out dust, skin flakes and mite debris before any moisture goes in.
Enzyme for urine and organic stains, targeted treatment for blood and sweat yellowing.
Low-moisture steam cleaning rinses the fibres and pulls the dirt — and the water — straight back out.
Optional sanitiser and deodoriser, then airflow. Most mattresses are dry the same day.

The minimum booking is $135, and every mattress after the first is 10% off. The price is confirmed before we start and never climbs afterwards.
With the air-con running, usually 4–6 hours. In the build-up and the wet, humidity slows drying right down, so we use less moisture, extract harder and ask you to keep the room closed and air-conditioned (or a dehumidifier on) until it is dry. Book a morning slot and it is ready by bedtime.
In most cases, yes — the smell almost always, the stain usually. We use an enzyme treatment that breaks urine down at the source instead of perfuming over it, then extract it. Very old or repeatedly soaked mattresses can keep a faint mark, and we will tell you that honestly before you pay.
It dramatically reduces them and, more importantly, removes the allergen-heavy dust and skin flakes they live on. Our dust mite treatment adds a HEPA-filtered vacuum pass and an anti-allergen treatment. No clean makes a mattress mite-free forever — a washable protector and a clean every 6–12 months keeps numbers down.
