This explains what Mattress Rescue does with personal information. Updated September 2026.
When you request a quote or book, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, email (optional), suburb and details about your mattress. We also record the page you enquired from, how you found us if you tell us, and the website that referred you, so we know which of our pages are useful. If analytics is switched on, Google Analytics collects standard, non-identifying usage data through cookies.
Only to quote, book and carry out your clean, and to follow up about that job. Your job details (name, phone, address and the work required) are shared with the local technician who does the clean. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't add you to marketing lists.
Enquiries are stored in our booking system on Cloudflare infrastructure and in our business email. We use Resend to send confirmation emails and Telegram to notify our team of new enquiries. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.
