Single $79, king single $89, double $109, queen $119, king $139, with 10% off each extra mattress. Most hosts add sanitise and deodorise (+$30). A two-bedroom apartment with a queen and a double, both sanitised, comes to $277.10 — and we will give you that number before we arrive.

Yes. Each clean comes with a dated receipt describing what was done. If a guest caused damage, photos you take before the clean are the most useful evidence.
