Nobody should be pumping raw steam into a mattress. Professional "steam cleaning" is hot water extraction: a heated cleaning solution is sprayed into the fabric and top comfort layers and, in the same pass, a powerful vacuum sucks it back out along with the dirt it has loosened. The extraction half matters more than the heat. A machine that puts water in without pulling it back out leaves a damp mattress, a tide-mark and, in the worst case, a musty smell a week later.
We keep the moisture low and the extraction strong. That is the difference between a mattress that is dry in an afternoon and one that is still damp at midnight.
The price covers one side. Most modern mattresses are one-sided (pillow-tops and many hybrids should not be flipped), so one side is usually all you need. If yours is flippable and the underside needs attention, the second side is +$30 for a single or king single and +$40 for a double and up.

The minimum booking is $119, and every extra mattress in the same visit is 10% off, which is why families usually book the kids’ beds at the same time as their own. Treatments for urine, dust mites, sanitising and heavy stains are listed separately so you can see exactly what you are paying for.
Every 6 to 12 months for most households; every 3 to 6 months if someone has asthma or a dust allergy, if a pet sleeps on the bed, or if a child is still having night-time accidents. A washable, breathable protector between cleans does more for the life of a mattress than any single clean.

Usually 4–6 hours. A warm day, open windows or a fan brings that down. We recommend leaving the bed unmade until the surface is completely dry to the touch, and booking a morning slot if you need it that night.
Yes, with a lower-moisture approach. Foam holds water more readily than an innerspring, so we use less solution and more extraction passes. The cover and top layers are what get cleaned; we never soak the core.
Not when it is done with low moisture and strong extraction. Damage comes from over-wetting — mattresses that stay damp for days. That is exactly what proper extraction equipment prevents.
