A lot of mattress stains have been there for years, and some have already been "treated" at home with hot water or a strong cleaner that set them into the fibres. We would rather tell you a stain will lighten but not vanish than take your money and leave you disappointed. Light stains are included in every clean. Heavy or set-in stains that need extra product and time are +$30 per mattress, and you agree to that before we do it.
Adelaide’s run of hot nights through summer is hard on mattresses. Heavier sweating means more oils and salts soaking into the top layers, and that is what slowly turns a white cover yellow. A deep clean removes the body oils that feed the yellowing and the smell that comes with it; the colour usually improves noticeably, although decades-old yellowing in an old cover may not return to bright white.
Single $79, double $109, queen $119, king $139 — light stain treatment included. Heavy stain treatment +$30. If there is urine involved, the enzyme urine treatment (+$40) is the right choice instead, and we will not charge for both on the same stain.

Common questions
Often, especially if the stain has not been treated with hot water. Heat cooks the protein in blood into the fibres. Older blood usually lightens a great deal; very old, heat-set blood may leave a faint mark.
Mostly sweat, body oils and skin build-up over time, sometimes combined with an old spill. A deep clean removes the build-up that causes it, and a breathable protector slows it down afterwards.
