Leanyer is a family suburb in Darwin’s north-east, best known for the free water park at the Leanyer Recreation Park, which is full of kids most afternoons in the dry. The homes are mainly ground-level family houses from the 1980s onwards on suburban blocks, with a lot of young families and school-age children. Urine leaves uric acid crystals that humidity reactivates every warm night. Home cleaning rarely removes them. An enzyme treatment breaks them down so the smell does not return.

The minimum booking is $135, and every mattress after the first is 10% off. The price is confirmed before we start and never climbs afterwards.
With the air-con running, usually 4–6 hours. In the build-up and the wet, humidity slows drying right down, so we use less moisture, extract harder and ask you to keep the room closed and air-conditioned (or a dehumidifier on) until it is dry. Book a morning slot and it is ready by bedtime.
In most cases, yes — the smell almost always, the stain usually. We use an enzyme treatment that breaks urine down at the source instead of perfuming over it, then extract it. Very old or repeatedly soaked mattresses can keep a faint mark, and we will tell you that honestly before you pay.
It dramatically reduces them and, more importantly, removes the allergen-heavy dust and skin flakes they live on. Our dust mite treatment adds a HEPA-filtered vacuum pass and an anti-allergen treatment. No clean makes a mattress mite-free forever — a washable protector and a clean every 6–12 months keeps numbers down.
